Michael R. Carroll is a nature and fine-art photographer born in Marion, IN in February of 1982. Michael is a 2000 graduate of Marion High School. He went on to study Aviation at Indiana State University and briefly became a pilot before joining the US Army. Michael was part of a very specialized and elite unit and was deployed in the early 2000s. After becoming disabled on a deployment, he went on to work as a state certified mental health clinician and then moved to Texas and worked in various roles in the Federal Government. Michael eventually moved back to Indiana, but now resides in Ohio with his wife, Amanda, and their three dogs and one cat. He now works in the private healthcare sector, and attends college, where he is almost finished with a degree in Aviation Management.
